appExit.ini configuration (Exit the Application)

You can define close action for each application by activating Enable "Side-In Gesture".

You can quickly close the application by using Application Close virtual button.

In most applications, you can close the application using Alt+F4 shortcut key. However, for some applications a specific key such as Esc key needs to be pressed.

For aeroTAP, the appExit.ini file will enable you to define the exit action for each application

Notes: Save appExit.ini in C:\ProgramData\aeroTAP folder or the same folder where aeroTAP.exe is saved.

Notes: C:\ProgramData\aeroTAP folder is given priority. Please save with UTF-8 format.

Configure appExit.ini

You can define close action for each application by configuring and editing appExit.ini.

Format:
[application name ]
Action key

Hint: For more information about Application EXE file name, check "Application name for virtual button setting".

Example:
[TAP.exe]

In the example above, Esc key is used to close TAP Super Presentation application.

You can check for the action numbers assigned using KeyActionList.exe.

Hint: When the action key value is set to 0, it disables the close application by SideIn for the specified application.
